bts uploads are good, virgins are shite but its supposed to be doubled at some point as well as going up to 10mb up when the download speed goes up to 100mb at the end of this year, but it will still only be 1/10 of download speed, right now mine is

the internet is massively disabling, we have vpn's, at least 4 terminal services sessions going, as well as having some big uploads to make. And that speed is when it's working right and not dropping out all over the place.
